Purpose

Psi Chi is the National Honors Society for Psychology and is affiliated with both the APA and the APS. It started at Bradley University in 1968, with an initial induction class of 47.

The purpose of Psi Chi, both at Bradley University and nationally, is to promote the success of its members in all fields, especially psychology.  By doing so, Psi Chi hopes to foster advancements in Psychology, and society as a whole, through the contributions of you, the Psi Chi members—our society’s light at the end of the tunnel.
