Requirements

The psychology department will send you a formal letter when you have achieved the requirements for Psi Chi.  These requirements include:

• Registration for major or minor standing in psychology
• Completion of 3 semesters of the college course
• Completion of 9 semester hours of psychology courses
• Ranking in the top 35% of one’s class in general scholarship with a minimum GPA of 3.4 (on a 4.0 scale) in both psychology and  cumulative grades.
